Home

Our family has deep roots in the people, the land, and the culture of Komiza. We believe the first Martinis families arrived in Komiza in the early 1500's. The local people in the community appreciate the respect that we, as a family, have always had while we cared for the Martinis family properties in and around Komiza. We continue to respect and honor this special relationship we have with the community.

The Paloc structure itself is believed to be approximately 700 years old, and originally built as a monastery. The Paloc was split in the 1840's between Paulo and Visko, with each son getting half. For more information about our family home and what you can expect during your stay we have put together a welcome document.
